Quinn at Valencia is KB Home's new collection of detached three-story single-family homes in Valencia by FivePoint. Opened for tours in July 2026 beside sister collection Poppy, Quinn is designed for buyers who want four bedrooms and more interior room while still staying within a relatively efficient detached-home footprint.
Quinn offers three plans ranging from approximately 2,105 to 2,665 square feet. Every design has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, three stories and a two-car rear garage. A ground-floor bedroom with a nearby full bath creates useful separation for guests, extended family or a private workspace, while the main living level centers on the kitchen, dining area and great room.
The three-level layout is the defining feature. Instead of spreading living space across a wider lot, Quinn stacks guest, gathering and bedroom zones vertically. Two KB Home Choices, One Setting
Quinn and Poppy opened together at the corner of West Magic Mountain Parkway and Golden Yarrow Street and occupy the same growing part of Valencia by FivePoint. They share a common builder and overall neighborhood setting, but their housing formats are intentionally different.
Poppy is the smaller two-story collection with three-bedroom homes from about 1,419 to 1,719 square feet. Quinn moves to three stories, four bedrooms and roughly 2,105 to 2,665 square feet. For buyers who like this area of Valencia, comparing the two is less about choosing one neighborhood over another and more about deciding how much space, privacy between floors and monthly housing cost makes sense.

KB Home's personalization process is one of Quinn's major attractions. Buyers may be able to select where they live within the community and personalize exterior and interior features, depending on the construction stage. That also means two homes built from the same floor plan can have meaningfully different final prices and specifications.

KB Home identifies the Newhall and William S. Hart school districts for Quinn and currently lists Oak Hills Elementary, Rancho Pico Junior High and West Ranch High as nearby schools. School attendance boundaries, enrollment policies and assignments can change, so buyers should verify the actual schools for the specific Quinn address they are considering.
